  • Terms for filling out our contact form / ordering samples / a box

    Thank you for your interest in our company and for being contacted by us/in order to get a sample/a LockTiles® box.

    By asking to be contacted/to get a sample/a LockTiles® box you agree to the terms and conditions of our processing of your personal data.

    Personal data and what we use them for

    When filling in our contact form and asking to be contacted, you provide your name, phone number, email address, native country and possibly the name of your company and a message to us.

    When you fill in our "Order a sample" form, you provide your name, address, native country, e-mail address, telephone number and possibly the name of your company, VAT number and a message to us.

    When you fill in our "Order a LockTiles® box" form, you provide your name, address, native country, e-mail address, telephone number and the name of your company. 

    We primarily use these data to be able to contact you/send you a sample/a box, just as you requested.

    The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is Article 6, (1), subsection b and f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
     

    How long do we keep your personal data?

    We keep your personal data for an indefinite period.
     

    Disclosure

    We do not transfer your personal data to third party.
     

    Transfer of data to third countries

    We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
     

    Your rights

    You have the right to gain insight into the data we treat about you

    You have the right to have inaccurate data about you deleted, cf. Article 16 of the GDPR.

    You have the right to obtain from us and our data processor the erasure of personal data (if we have exchanged the data with such), cf. Article 17 of the GDPR. You can make use of this option by unsubscribing the newsletter and we will inform our data processor that the information should be deleted.

    You have the right to obtain restriction of procession of your personal data, cf. Article 18 of the GDPR.

    In some cases, you may object to our processing of your personal data, cf. Article 21 of the GDPR. You may also object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing.

    By signing up, you agree to the terms and conditions of our processing of your personal data.

    If you have questions, wish to withdraw your consent or otherwise, you are always welcome to contact us at fletco@fletco.dk and we will take care of your inquiry as soon as possible.

    Our newsletter contains information about new products, reference projects, fairs, design awards or the like. We try to send as interesting and relevant content as possible and it is only one newsletter per month, i.e. 12 newsletters per year.

    You can, of course, unsubscribe your newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link that accompanies each newsletter or send your request to the email address above.
     

    Personal data and what we use them for

    When you sign up for our newsletter, you provide your first and last name and your email address. We use this data to send the newsletter to you and make the content personally.

    Information about your use of the newsletters - including whether the newsletters are opened, how long they are open, when the e-mail/newsletter is deleted and if links are clicked - is collected by our IT system in anonymous form. We use this information to improve our service so we can target and customize content according to our recipients interests.

    We wish to create interest in our business with our newsletter.
     

    How long do we keep your personal data?

    We keep your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, you will be removed from the newsletter list, but your data is not deleted from our data processor. If you wish that your data is entirely deleted, please contact us at fletco@fletco.dk and we will make sure that they are deleted.
     

    Disclosure

    We use MailChimp as platform for sending out  newsletters. MailChimp must therefore be considered as a data processor. Read more about our transfer base in the next paragraph.
     

    Transfer of data to third countries

    As we use MailChimp, located in the United States, as a platform for sending newsletters, your personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA.

    It should be mentioned that MailChimp is a member of the Privacy Shield Program, which forms the basis of our transfer of your personal data to MailChimp.

    It should also be mentioned that the United States is on the EU list of countries that have a sufficient level of personal data protection.
